Milestones
1930
The Alexandria Metal Products Company was founded, the first mechanized razor blade factory in the Middle East.
1978
The company formed a joint venture with Wilkinson Match, aptly named Wilkinson Sword Middle East. It brought modern machinery, procedus and quality controls and access to the global market.
1981
The Soliman family bought all shares from Wilkinson, and Lord Precicion Industries was founded. Lord International Co. was introduced to over 70 countries worldwide with a value proposition that hasn’t changer ever since: quality razors at competitive prices.
Today
Lord International Co. is a global Top 5 manufacturer of wet shaving equipment, with 3000 employees and sales in over 75 countries.
